Engraving Information and Examples

The engraving method we use is called sandblasting!

                                                                             First, a concierge member takes your text, photo, or logo and creates a printed stencil which is then applied with pressure to the chosen item. Next, areas that are not meant to be engraved are taped off. Finally, the team member blasts a high pressure sand onto the stencil. Overall this creates a deep, etched, engraving directly into the bottle! Sandblasting is dish washer safe and will not chip. Some colors we have available are gold, rose gold, silver, black, and white- we decide on the color based on which looks best with the bottle.

Pompei Baskets offers engraving on almost all of our items! Bottles, flasks, wooden trunks, slate cheese boards, coasters, glasses, and more. Our high quality engraving
is etched directly ONTO the glass and filled with a coloring. A great option for groomsmen gifts, bridesmaid boxes, job promotions, engagement parties,

Text Engraving Examples

Text engraving can be done on almost any bottle. Our giftologist will size your text based on the bottle. Keep in mind the smaller the area, the smaller the
font so the message is recommended to be shorter for the best results. Each engraving will vary because it is all hand-prepped! The computer is only used
to print out your stencil but the placement, engraving, and painting is all done by hand.

Logo Engraving Examples

any brand logo directly onto your selected product! Don’t worry, you can still add a message if you’d like. Our logo engraving is a unique option for realtor closing gifts

Photo Engraving Examples

By now, you should be really impressed. The options just keep getting better and better! This is by far our favorite type of engraving.
We are able to take your top memories and carve them into a bottle, cutting board, or ornament forever! Take your recipients favorite celebrity, athlete, engagement photo, wedding photo, pet, animal, or themselves and add it
to your selected product. If you notice, most of these engravings are pretty large so photo engravings are only available on select products. The label will always have to be removed in order to properly fit the engraving.
