Lanson White Label Champagne
Lanson White Label is the first champagne in the world specifically designed for experimenting with aromas. The champagne was created by Jean-Paul Gandon. He happens to be the wine-maker for the past 25 years for the brand. The blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir allows potent aromas to be found in the champagne. Higher liqueur content enhances the aromas. White Label is produced without malolactic fermentation, thus preserving all the original aromas of the fruit.
To the eye: White Label provides a straw yellow color with lively fine bubbles. On the nose: Aromas of white flowers and summer pear are punctuated by mineral notes. On the palate: The impact is soft and delicate. Flavors of white fruit develop grow and contribute to the persistent sensation. The finish, with a soft chalk-minerality and freshness, gives the seal of the Lanson signature. Serve White Label chilled in large wine glasses specially suited to this type of drink. Add natural ingredients (mint-leaves, raspberry, orange-peel etc.) guided by your preferences, tastes, desires, or mood. Agitate the glass in a circular motion to allow the natural ingredients to release their aromas. Enjoy Lanson White Label adapted according to your personal taste at that moment.
