If an image is too small, dark, or we believe the quality is not up to par, we will contact you via E-MAIL within 1 business day. All engravings take an additional 3-5 business days depending on season. ADDITIONAL FEES MAY APPLY if logo is not in black & white PDF format and on photos that require extra editing due to quality.
