10 Span Chardonnay
The 10 Span Chardonnay has bold flavors of crisp citrus with a delicate, balanced pear finish to end. This wine comes from both the Monterey County and Santa Barbara County of California. This Chardonnay is 100 percent barrel fermented, undergoing a cool fermentation with temperatures ranging from 52°F to 55°F. After primary fermentation, 60% of the wine goes through malolactic fermentation and the finished wine is kept sur lie for two months. This wine was made to fly, there is even a little bird on the bottle! It is best enjoyed paired with whole foods such as chicken, pork, and seafood.
